Although the ancient recipe for glassmaking is shrouded in mystical ritual, the same basic ingredients are still used today! Our highly skilled glass artisans work with high temperatures to produce dazzling works of art in hand blown and fused glass, where light bounces off iridescent color giving an ethereal feel. An array of Sawdust glassblowers can be found in the demo booth all summer long blowing glass for the public, but you don’t want to miss the fusion makers like Sian Poeschl and Jane Slowsky.
